When I lived in New York, I developed a repertoire of jazz classics, contemporary melodies, movie soundtracks, and classical pieces and worked the cocktail lounges, cafés, and speakeasies of the Manhattan Jazz scene.
I play a hollow-body “jazz box” through a Blues Jnr valve amp. My arrangements are emotive and harmonically elegant, my tone is warm and bluesy, and the energy of the music is mellow, sophisticated, and relaxing. I drink Bourbon on the rocks, and the music will leave you stirred, not shaken.
